If you do not agree with any provision in this document, you must stop using the tgn40 platform immediately.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and tgn40 as the platform provider. Your continued use of our platform following the publication of any amendments is considered acceptance of the updated Terms.
The tgn40 platform is available to individuals aged 18 and above who are not prohibited by local laws from using such services. Users are solely responsible for ensuring their use of the platform complies with the laws applicable in their jurisdiction.
2. Account Creation & Security
To make full use of tgn40's services, you are required to register and create a personal account. During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Any false or misleading information provided at registration may result in your account being suspended or terminated without prior notice.
Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any existing balances.
You are solely responsible for:
- Keeping your password and account login details confidential.
- Not sharing your account details with any third party.
- Notify tgn40 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
- All activity that occurs on your account, whether carried out by you or any other party.
Tgn40 will not be held liable for any losses arising from a user's failure to safeguard their account information.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
Tgn40 platform users agree to comply with all applicable rules and to use the platform solely for lawful and personal purposes. The use of the platform for any illegal activity — including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, or any attempt to hack the system — is strictly prohibited.
Users are prohibited from:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform without written authorisation from tgn40.
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the platform's systems, databases, or other users' accounts.
- Sending unlawful, offensive, or threatening content through any of the platform's communication channels.
- Abusing bonuses, promotions, or special offers in a manner inconsistent with the intent set by tgn40.
- Colluding with other users to manipulate game outcomes or gain an unfair advantage.
Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate action, including account suspension, permanent account closure, and/or legal proceedings.
4. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the tgn40 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits can be made via payment methods supported by the platform, including online banking transfers and approved local digital wallets.
Applicable transaction conditions:
- Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are subject to change from time to time.
- Withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account or digital wallet registered in the same name as the tgn40 account holder.
- Tgn40 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing withdrawals above a specified amount, in compliance with applicable regulations.
- Withdrawal processing times depend on the chosen method and may take anywhere from a few hours to three business days.
- Any fraudulent attempt involving financial transactions will be reported to the relevant authorities.
Tgn40 is not liable for any losses arising from incorrect bank account information provided by the user during the withdrawal process.
5. Liability Limits & Account Suspension Policy
Tgn40 provides the platform on an "as-is" basis and makes no guarantee that the service will be available at all times without interruption, free from errors, or suited to any particular user's purpose. To the extent permitted by applicable law, tgn40 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of this platform.
Account Suspension & Closure
Tgn40 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account under the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision under these Terms and Conditions.
- Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or platform abuse.
- Failure to verify your identity within the stipulated timeframe when requested.
- Requests from relevant authorities.
- Account inactivity beyond the period specified under tgn40's prevailing policy.
Where an account is closed due to a terms violation, tgn40 reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending further investigation and any applicable legal requirements.
6. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property
All content on the tgn40 platform — including logos, brand names, graphics, interface designs, text, and software — is the exclusive property of tgn40 or our licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any of this content without prior written consent from tgn40.

Such links are provided for user convenience only. tgn40 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
